I finally found someone who knew what they were selling and knew restaurant equipment. Thank you Tom for your help with getting me the parts I needed and for giving me some peace of mind. I spent a lot of wasted time talking to shipping clerks and cashiers from other restaurant equipment suppliers.

when i asked for a refund for my item, them charge me restocking fees, and random fees. and they won't pay the returning shipping fee.
