First, not a fan of auto dealerships, but they had a vehicle that I had been thinking about, so I took a chance and I am very thankful. Received a cordial welcome shortlisted after arriving on the lot, and quick response to request for assistance.There was no pressure selling at any time, from the salesman to the finance agent (where the heaviest sales are attempted). The entire team made a genuine attempt to make it a pleasant transaction to both parties. Bottom line, I got the vehicle, they made a sell, and all in record time for a dealership transaction. I would definitely recommend Randy Marion to friends and family.

Generally good and responsive experience. Compared to other dealerships, specifically.1. I upgraded my vehicle from one 9 years old. Could have used more explanations of the new technology features such as keyless ignition, driver cluster display, infotainment, OnStar included features, etc. I had to figure these out myself.2. I ordered a dealer installed hitch. Just a procedure suggestion here, but instead of getting a call from the parts department that the part was in and to call and schedule an appointment, it would have been more professional to have a service manager contact me (after parts dept internally notifies service dept) and ask when I could come in and have it installed.

Sales reps are professional and nice. But unfortunately they tried to give me a really low price on my 2022 Chevy truck trade in with only 10,000 miles. 4x4. Sticker price last year was 49,000. I have been in and around my families car business and have traded for over twenty years. I do have some knowledge of what KBB value my truck should be. Do not go here. They will take advantage of you.

Easy scheduling; staff very helpful and courteous. Scheduled a pick-up and delivery so I didn't even have to go to dealership for service. LOVE IT!

They were by far the friendliest and most helpful of any car lot we have visited. We were not buying a vehicle just needed a part for our truck. The staff not only found the part they paid for it ( my husband reimbursed the) they also eill.psy for shipping the part to us. We will go to Randy's if we need a vehicle

I like that the new ownership it has really stepped the game at our local Chevy dealership. It’s very noticeable. The retained employees seem to have been inspired to do a better job. The new additions like Tammy, a Service Advisor, is a welcome edition!

I have dealt with your GMC dealership service department in the past. This time was as great as always. the two Tammys in the front in service are always very helpful and go out of their way for me and I really appreciate it. Also Scott who is their manager is very easy and accommodating to any of my needs. I mainly deal with Tammy Miller. She is always professional and very understanding. I . Tammy is a pleasure to work with. Thank you again for the great service.

As always they are so good and efficient. They are ready for you when you arrive and get you checked in. The work is timely and the advisors are always on top of it all. My dad used them before and I have since moving back to Wilkes as it is only 40 min from us and they provide service you can count on. If it continues as it has been so far I will remain with this dealer even though a new owner, same people that we interface with and same great service.

Drove 2 hrs to check out a car for my Daughter. Great car sales man Allen was fantastic not only did he make the sale . Had a few issues in finance added charges we wanted explanation for he brought in the manager Donnie and that's where this experience turned from a 5 to a 1 Donnie came in with a nasty attitude refused to explain charges just said take it or leave it. Assaulted my husband ripping papers out of his hand and crumpling our title to the car we were trading in. Then continued ranting and shoved past me spilling coffee down the front of my shirt. Such a violent unprofessional man and all this in front of my daughter while purchasing her first car she was visibly shaking in fear of him. He left n hid in his office sales team was extremely apologetic and saved the sale we left with car and will not ever go back there again while Donnie Savage is employed there. I have always brought my car to my local Randy Marion for service and repairs before this transaction.If the car was not for my daughter and she hadn't already been in love with this car we would not have finished the purchase that day, demanded the money back and gone elsewhere

I couldn’t call the number listed, it was not available so I went to the service department in person. I spoke with Tammy, who was so helpful & I got a service done the same day at a time that was convenient to me.In the past I had to wait hours for a service even with an appointment. My vehicle was serviced within 1 hr 15 mins. Tammy was excellent in updating me with progress & offered me certain options that I opted for.Thank you Randy Marion, this is so much better!Also open on Saturdays for servicing vehicles, what a great idea!

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. However,... my need for a new radiator in my GMC Envoy was very clear and identifiable to the naked eye. Your team stated they would do a 32-point inspection for free and let me know what they found. I advised that that was not necessary. They called me back and identified $3200 worth of work to do. I asked and the radiator portion was $1100. The part is less than $200. I declined the work and took it elsewhere and had it fixed for less than half of what was quoted. Also note that I had spoken with a sales rep the day I dropped it off about buying a used pickup to replace the old GMC I had in for repair. I will likely remove Randy Marion West Jefferson from consideration for that vehicle.

My experience with this dealer was very smooth and welcoming. I dealt with a young gentleman by the name of Abel, who was very helpful and respectful. He let me test drive my car of choice with privacy and really let me inspect the car the way I wanted without having someone over top of me per-say. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and how easy going these folks were to help me make my now new car investment!
