Great customer service. Very polite.The Machine was freshly washed,it ran great. We took the River route and we really enjoyed it. The kids enjoy stopping and taking a swim on our journey and we had a picnic There was plenty of room for all our cooler, duffel bag and car seat. I was very satisfied overall and would recommend and go again

Absolutely awesome!!!! Madison was the best host and she had so much knowledge. She did a great job helping us get out to see gorgeous views! One of the best attractions we have ever visited! Worth every penny!-Thank you for such a great opportunity!

Spent Father’s Day morning hitting the trails with Unseen Pass. We had a blast! Booking and check in were so easy. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable of the area. We did the river route and it was perfect for us and our kiddos! We can’t wait to come back and do the peak route! Definitely worth every penny! So many memories made!

I’m a local, lived in Ashe County for 50 years and I recommend any of our local peeps to do this! Madison was so awesome in helping get us set up and ready to roll. We did the 4 hour Peaks route, we will definitely do the River route this fall. I highly highly recommend UnSeen Pass.

We rode last year and loved
it. Of course, Madison took good care of us and answered all my questions. My only complaint is I loved it and just bought a side by side. Made it street legal on day 1. Thank you again.

We had a fantastic time! We did the 3 hour trip on the river. While 60% of the trip was paved, it still felt like we were off roading on the unpaved parts. The route was secluded but you never feel unsafe! Quick and easy check-in process. Madison was awesome! We did get “stuck” and she came to help immediately and was nothing but kind the entire time. 10/10 would come back! Bring a Bluetooth speaker for some tunes!
