They have the most beautiful dresses (as well as affordable compared to other places in the area!) and the sweetest staff!! They were so patient and helpful to me and my friends! Will definitely be back!?

I brought my sister here so she could buy something she wanted and she seemed very happy with the quality. The place itself felt really nice and clean and had fair prices for all of their selections. The staff was also very nice.

The girls there are soooo sweet. And you can tell they are Christians. It was very pleasant to shop somewhere that made you feel so welcome. And the background music was good clean Christian music. This is definitely the place for ladies to shop! Thank you Angel, Ann, Rose, and the other young ladies that were more than willing to help.

I bought my wedding dress from pretty n portals in 2019 and had the best experience! We also ended up getting bridesmaid dresses and suit rentals from there too. Angel is phenomenal. She’s so helpful and sweet! Just a great person all around. Highly recommend for any formal events or boutique items!

I'll start off by saying the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Their prices were very reasonable. Now for the bad.... the dress had to be altered slightly, no big deal but not once did they mention it would cost anything. The next day when my daughter's dad picked it up they charged him $70 for the alterration. I had already paid for everything or so I thought the day before. Very bad business practice to not once mention that it would cost extra to have alterrations done. So a $48 dress plus extra $70 ended up being way more than what it was even worth. Needless to say we won't be back. I'm very disappointed in them because they were so friendly and helpful. Lesson learned never assume anything but they should at least tell you they charged extra for alterations up front not when you come back to pick it up.

Pretty N Pearl alterations was incredible. Angel took my daughters ruined wedding and turned it into a perfect dress ! I have to thank her for putting our minds at ease after that fiasco.
