Wish i could give them a 0. If you can try to avoid Lowe's. Ordered a washer and dryer with pedestals and it has been a nightmare. Ended up returning the entire order because of their incompetence.

This Lowe’s needs a nearby Home Depot to remind them that if folks had somewhere else to shop they probably would.
I’m very reluctant to purchase a big ticket item and get stuck with a less than desirable delivery team. Sales associate today never smiled and seemed to delight in the old “well that depends on which delivery team you get” threat. I went and sat in my car and cried in parking lot. Appalachian Appliance has closed so I guess I’ll have to return to this Lowe’s but NOT today. Hopefully that guy doesn’t work everyday.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any Lowes store. No one wants to deal with customers, and you get bounced around because finding so-and-so is impossible. Store manager Heidi is rude and condescending and an insult to the profession. I will not go here ever so long as this store treats customers with such disrespect, and they keep a person like Heidi in a leadership role.

No one in this store seems to know much about anything. Only self-checkout are the only registers open EVER and good luck if you get sick behind some older folks that have no idea how they work. I was supposed to have over $6500 of fencing delivered. Scheduled in store at customer service. Got an email saying everything was good to go to be delivered the following morning. It’s now well into the afternoon and no one has called. I reached out to customer service just to be told I had to contact the store directly because they had no idea what I was talking about. I call this West Jefferson Lowe’s and get hung up on twice after being immediately put on hold. Just close this store down and make room for a home improvement store that actually wants to help their customers. This one is a waste.
Update: Hilariously, Lowe’s asked me to call yet ANOTHER phone number so they can avoid doing any actual customer service. I paid $80 for a delivery that was 5 hours late. Not once was I offered any refund. Lowe’s is a joke. Avoid it if you can. I gladly drove to Home Depot over an hour away because the Lowe’s didn’t have what I needed in stock. It rarely does.

Had dryer on display with discounted price. It wasn’t even an option I could buy. In store or order. I’m so upset should have not been priced to sale if they couldn’t even order it. Was told to come back in few weeks. Once they get new dryers in for display. I could then buy it. I didn’t need it 2 weeks needed one that day. Was told lady had told 15 other people that same day it wasn’t for sale. Well then do your job stop false advertising a dryer that Lowes doesn’t sell and can never get again there. Then paid $800 for one because had to have it that day. Had to not only pay for delivery but wait days for it. Then I was under impression that they was going to not only deliver it, but install it as well while they was here to be told. No, we’re just here to deliver it. Then they didn’t even come with books paperwork they took it out of the box, set it in the house live or cord. I called I complain but all they wanna do give me a complimentary $25 Lowe’s gift card not to mention, the staff. And how I was treated, but not just one staff member but three or four staff members. Because I was upset because gentleman had told me and a lady that they would be right there to help me and to get me that dryer, they were still one more in the back. So I was a little upset when I was, sell it to me and they can’t even order it somewhere else next time.
