Picked up a new a new Cub Cadet ZTS2 60 and couldn’t be happier. I wanted zero-turn, wife wanted a steering wheel – nobody had to compromise haha. Connor Hart hooked us up with a great machine and helped with delivery which saved me a big headache. I am really glad I put a stop-order on the Troy-Bilt lawn tractor I had on order and went with a shop that put me in the right machine for what needed to be done and will service it when I need it. Great group and well worth the trip in from Boone.

I bought the 40v lawnmower, I used it 7 times on my very small yard. All of a sudden the battery will not charge. I called customer service they told me with out the receipt they can't do anything. I bought the mower a year ago. I asked the customer service how do I get a copy of the receipt a year and was immediately hung up on. If these product's go bad in less of a year it's not worth buying. I'm very unsatisfied how I was treated and how things were handled. I don't understand why I couldn't do a battery swap and keep since they know the batteries only last less than a year.

I bought a garden tiller there. 2years later a screw fell out of one of the handles. I went to get a new one and they told me I had to bring in the tiller itself. I told them I drive a little Kia Rio. I had it delivered when I bought it. (I had my receipt and a picture of the tiller with me) The man said sorry, can't help you without the tiller itself. I'll go to Kubota place next time....

I hate this lawnmower as well it’s not worth $500 it’s not what it says it is it does not last six hours per battery dies after I do two rows of my grass it takes forever to charge the battery!… it’s like the grass is stronger than the blade I’m very disappointed I had to buy another lawnmower Which is gas on Amazon and that lawnmower broke after 24 hours so I’m very disappointed I have a half acre land and I need to cut my grass and I’m tired of buying lawnmowers!…

The people at Hart are true professionals. I’ve been around equipment my whole life but Connor showed my a few new tricks and tips while walking around my new mower. This is my second major purchase in 7 years at Harts. I was treated fairly both times and with this current crazy market my price was better than other places I checked. I appreciate not getting gouged by the manufacturer and Harts. Thanks for a stress free buying experience.
