I'm 70 sick with a virus and ran out of oil after hours they refused to bring fuel oil to me unless I paid them av200 a 200 dollar delivery fee so I waited until the next day I had a credit I 268 dollar on my account they then told me I would have to pay an additional 113 dollars because the 268 wasn't enough and then I asked them what time they could delivery it that day then they told me to assure same day delivery I would have to pay an additional 150 dollars I live on 1400 dollars a month and I told them that was stupid and here it is 2 days later and no oil and the sad part is I followed your fuel truck after all this and you went right by house Blue Ridge Engery is money hungry and have no compassion for anyone just their wallets and I might add I live 13 to 15 miles from BlueRidge rip off the

Hats off to Kim Blevins and Scott Barns for gas log pilot repair..Know there were others but these two were the leads..Always a pleasure to work with them especially when results are so good. Bought logs from BR in 2016 and have had tons of enjoyment (and heat) from their brand... Highly recommend this company, their products, and especially their people...

My partner and I were impressed with each and every employee with whom we interacted on Friday, July 29, 2022. Each one was patient, kind, informed, and displayed a positive, caring, and helpful demeanor. We are looking forward to spending a signficant amount of time in Ashe County when we close on our home September 15. Excellent service. Thomas adjusted my appointment time at my request, and Kevin and Donnie were at our house within ten minutes. They explained our propane service and discovered and repaired a leak. They were friendly and professional.

Folks from Alleghany and Ashe assisted me in the purchase of a propane tank, installing tank, making gas connections and checking my new gas appliances for leaks. Everything went as scheduled - thanks to Thomas from Ashe. The remainder was done by the Alleghany employees.All were a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable and nice folks.
