I have several shirts (some over a decade old), a hoodie, a few baseball caps, mugs, and embroidered renaissance fair tabards for my wedding- all from Jubilee. Kim designed my farm’s logo.I have never had better quality shirts or screen print from a business. I have never had a better partnership with a business. I live in New Jersey now, and I would still rather pay for Jubilee to ship something to me than use a local business- their quality is just that good, and Kim and Judy are a delight to work with.It’s not that they never make mistakes- everyone does- but the measure of a company is how well they handle those when they come up, and Jubilee’s customer service is excellent. They measure thrice and cut once, and do their best to ensure a happy customer. When an issue is found they resolve it quickly. I cannot recommend working with them highly enough.

Nonprofits and Schools: Save yourself and your contributors the trouble. Do not use this company.Placed a large order for a school spirit wear fundraiser. The business provided a partial order. After 5 months of waiting and 20+ emails trying to get my order or a refund, I had to drive an hour round trip to retrieve merchandise from the company. The company was not apologetic, and even tried to make me feel that I should have done more to get the merchandise that I paid for. The company had all means of contact for me, and multiple options for resolving this situation. Merchandise could have been shipped to me or the school, dropped off at the school, or even a refund applied to my card on file. A company doesn't deserve to profit from a school fundraiser if they're not able to provide kind and efficient customer service. Particularly when a problem arises due to their inability to produce and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.I've never left a negative public review, but this was awful!

We had ordered Dance Company jackets for my daughters ensemble company dance and the jacket sleeves were totally wrong the right side was 4 inches longer than the left side, the embroidered stitching on the front of her jacket was off center and stitching was coming out. Extremely poor quality , but I did my research and found out the company who claims to be from “the city” came down from a small town called Camp Hill, PA..
