How does one put “exceptional customer service” into words? Well I can put it into one word. And that that word is Grey. Grey was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL at her job. Grey didn’t give me just what I wanted, she gave me what I needed and then some. If there’s anything you need at this location, just ask for Grey.

I needed a new auto charging cable for my car, which has Apple CarPlay, for a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Stephen was excellent and, to make sure I got exactly what I needed, Stephen came out to my car to check which USB I needed. This was the third Verizon store I had been to; also went to a Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco, none of which had the connectors or the cables. This Verizon location had exactly what I needed. Thank you, Stephen. Apple, if you’re going to change all the USB’s to USB-C, (which is great) because of the EU, make sure you provide ALL the accessories users need — day one! We are a mobile society, we need to be able to connect our iPhones to our cars.

I usually favor Verizon factory stores over 3rd party stores like Victra, but today Stephen changed my mind about this in a big way. After 6 months of trying and failing to activate an unlocked tablet I bought online that neither other Verizon stores nor Verizon phone support could, Stephen not only knew exactly what steps to take to activate it, but he made it look easy and did it in record time. Knowledge, passion, and communication was second-to-none. I have a go-to guy now!

I have been with Verizon on and off for fifteen years. Last week, I called to see what could be done about my phone. ?The whole moment was terrible. Thanks Steve but.. ? I’m with T-Mobile now. I wish upgrading with Verizon wasn’t such a hassle or stressful. Y’all really do cause a lot more problems then you solve. I was told twenty different things by two different people. After Mondays visit, I decided I was done with Verizon.

I went to Verizon in Wesley Chapel, NC to upgrade my phone. I received the best service from the salesperson named Stephen. He was professional, informative and very prompt with my purchase. I highly recommend Stephen for your mobile needs.
