Just had a horrible experience!! Got a message stating 15 minute wait before my stylist is ready. Get there in 10 minutes. Says 31 minute wait on the board. Go to my car to wait since the seats are full. Then my phone says 40 minute wait. Call to cancel and woman says stylist is almost done so go in and wait for 20 minutes and just left.....no haircut!!
