Discussed!!! I would almost always give this place 5 starts but the older lady with the burgundy died hair smelled like a dirty ashtray. It was so disgusting have to sit there and smell cigarets the whole time she cut my hair. She tried to cover it up with some kind of spray but it just made it worse. DO NOT SMOKE when you have to be that close to customers!!! GROSS!!!!!!
If that lady comes out to cut your hair, I would definitely request somebody else.

Great haircut as always from Kim at the Salon in Wesley Chapel, NC. This is one of the better Great Clips locations I've been to.

It would be customer-oriented if the on-line check-in system didn’t cut off early in the day, essentially restricting on-line check-in from home, and requiring driving over to the store to check-in.This happened before Noon, early in the day, not late in the day near closing time (which would make sense).It looks like a staffing issue, management issue. Most of chairs in the store were not being utilized mid-day, so customers were subjected to a long wait time, and an inability to sign in from home, with resulting impact on the customer’s day.A long wait time is exactly when a customer should be able to check in from home, and stay home and get stuff done, rather than driving over to Great Clips to check-in, only to have to either wait around, or drive all the way back home.Hopefully, whoever programs the Great Clips system can fix the program to be customer-oriented instead of foisting it, as is, on customers.

This Great Clips is always short staffed. As a result, there are crazy waits for a hair cut. Even worse the business rarely answers the phone. As a result, you can't confirm a favorite stylist is available. This location is no longer convenient because they make it miserable for customers. Great Clips shouldn't rely on "short cuts" (pun intended) to make money. This place is a disgrace.

Checked in on app, in parking lot when they opened walked in to 46 min wait, app didn't work put me at bottom of list. 2nd time in a row. App deleted never to return! Absolute garbage! The mastodon working there are rude as hell. Guess I would be mad too if I worked at great clips.

Made an appointment online, showed up on time, and went straight to a stylist. There was no waiting. Use the online check-in to avoid waiting.
