“I can't say enough about the Wesley Chapel Target. Since I moved here three years ago, they have given superior service. Their Drive-Up is a Godsend. I use it al least 3 times weekly. If something is out of stock they mail it to you free of charge. Their on-line service is competitively priced and has prompt delivery. Target made this Covid nightmare tolerable. Thank you for the important service you have provided during these challenging times.”

You will never guess what I found at the Kohl's near me! A foot measuring device! I haven't seen one of these things in 75 years. I truely needed it to priove to me that I still wear a size 13 shoe!
Earlier, the returns clerk actually looked up the manufacturer of the Item I was trying to return to Kohl's and togeather we dicided where I bought it! That was really helpfull.
Wait, things get even better! I was actually helped by two different "Sales Clerks". Sometimes I think that they are even more scarse then a Foot Measurer! I got 35% discount for getting a Kohl's CC and the promise of an additioinal 35% my receipt when I next visit!! Thanks Kohl's ---I'll be back, for sure!

This is location is HomeGoods and Marshalls combined but you can usually find me in HomeGoods because I love their home decor! There's something here for every room of your house and clothes and accessories for everyone in Marshalls!”
“I've always been a die hard Ross fan, ever since I discovered them in Florida. But I have to say NC.'s Ross stores selection is nothing like Florida.I would find the best clothes and home goods in Florida. That is a down side for me here in Charlotte.However, once in awhile you can get lucky and find something good. Just not as easy as one experienced with Ross before.If you've never been to Ross, you are missing out as a whole. Because you can find items much more affordable here.”

“This past Fri I was in line at the Monroe Burlington with my daughter and must say some entitled customers should stay home. There was a man that was yelling at one of the managers about a price. The manager tried to explain why same items can have different prices but this man was absolutely rude. This man actually tried to make it about race because he was white and the manager was black, but what's funny the lady in front of me turns and says That guy is an idiot because that manager is married to a white woman. The manager couldn't get the man to stop yelling and making a scene so he told the guy at the other register to check the man out and walked away.Ive worked retail for over 30 years and customers have really become entitled and rude.”

5-28-24 Update.
We visited the store today in an attempt to buy a Cub Cadet RTZ-42-S deck belt but the entire V belt section was a total mess.
Someone needs to fix the mess pronto as it is nearly impossible and not worth trying to locate a replacement belt.
Managers, please get on this or folks will start buying at other stores or online like I am forced to do now.
Make the Monroe store great again!
PS, there was a shopping cart full of unwrapped, tangled belts of all sorts in it.

“Visited store for the first time in a while to buy items for my son's science project. Not much had changed - still had a good inventory of seasonal and every day items. We were able to source 8/9 items needed (a yo-yo away from perfection) - not bad at all! Checkout took a while as only one register was open. Less than $10 out the door. It ain't perfect but it's predictable, reliable and useful!”
“I may only give reviews about twice a year, whether good or bad. It has to be either REALLY good or REALLY bad for me to take the time to do this. The exceptional personable customer service received from Sage at Sephora in Kohls Matthews NC location was incredible. I don't wear makeup, but had a work event that required me to have a bit of polish. Also, FYI, I'm a female who hates shopping. Yes, I said it. Anyway, Sage was incredible and in addition to helping me find what I needed that day, she also renewed my faith that there are still bright and wonderful people that offer so much more than just selling products. Her service to me that day was way above and beyond and I can't thank her enough. “This is a nice target located in a sheer's shopping center at Stonecrest. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but it can be a bit crowded at times. And there are limited staff available depending upon the time you come. They have a variety of items to meet your needs home goods personal care food etc. like most targets they have a pick up option or you can pick it up in store or drive up to pick up. The store is well lit and clean. If you use the app you receive a discount towards your next purchase in your wallet. They also have coupons you can clip. Happy shopping.”

“This review is based on my experience with auto services, customer service center and electronics department.
All three get that 5 star rating. Came into this location because the location I normally go to(Sardis Rd) is absolute trash in every aspect. This location got me in and out for an oil change in less than 40 mins; legit had 5 cars in front of me and 4 were in the bay when I pulled in, so that time is amazing with it being as busy as that. Needed to grab a charger since my phone was dying the kid in electronics saw I was looking around and immediately came to offer assistance in finding a cord and charger pack and I had to grab a money order went to customer service center and didn’t have to wait because they had 4 people actively working to help customers!!! To top it off I did some light shopping and not only was all shelf checkout lanes open and staffed but they had actual lanes open with cashiers!
My mind was blown by this because we all know that Walmarts don’t normally have this type of service anymore. So if you take the time to read this review save yourself the headache and come here.”
