The hours of this bank is ridiculous. Why would you close at 4pm? Does a person have to take off work to go there to schedule an appt? I'll be moving my money over the Fifth Third.

Super friendly staff and they were so helpful in helping get things set up. They were a bit short staffed, but all had great personalities and were so welcoming despite that.

If you want quality customer service, do not bank here. Employees stand at the door while there is a line with one teller, working the window and inside. It takes forever to get your transactions done. Take everyone's advice and do not bank here. You will be sorry.

Bank of America as a whole is slipping.. this place has no teller or teller services (at least not when I came 1/3/2022). How are you a bank and have no teller services?

Not even open. The drive through closed recently and then closed and haven’t opened since. Might as well change it to a credit union which is actually open and had better service.

My elderly father had to get a lawyer to get his own money out of there. I kid you not! He is 94 and it was $170,000. Even with the lawyer, they kept $10,000 in case he had outstanding checks. Ten grand!!! That was 4 months ago. Now he has to go back to the lawyer to get the balance. She actually had to go into the bank with him in person. Criminal.

No one answers the phone. There's just one teller. To make a simple deposit, it takes over an hour of WAITING. CHASE BANK...PLEASE COME TO THE CHARLOTTE AREA. Oh, how we miss you so!

My mother went in to open a checking account for my nephew today. As soon as my mother walked in to the bank the teller told her, “There aren't any public restrooms in here.†First of all, no one was looking for no “public restroom.†Second of all, the teller should have been educated enough to have asked my mother how may I help you today? Since my mother was treated rudely she left and opened a checking account for my nephew elsewhere. Disgusting service at this location; seriously go elsewhere for great customer service.
