Amazing people with amazing customer service. Just love supporting family owned businesses. Always my "go to" for jewelry repair, sizing and custom work/creations. Mark made a bracelet and three very tricky rings for my daughters and I with one of my husband's gold necklaces. The owners will go out of their way to find what you are searching for if it's not already in their cases. Can't begin to say enough about this gem in Wesley Chapel. Satisfaction beyond expectations.

I have been shopping at Anthony's Cuatom Jewelry for almost 20 years. I'm also proud to he able to call Mark and Paula friends of mine. They have always had exactly what my whole family has been looking for and even designed an engagement ring for my son when he proposed to our daughter-in-law. Mark took an idea and made it into a reality. It was perfect. They are the most caring owners that I have ever come in contact with. This makes me question the review that was made by Ms. Rounds. Seems that she may have perceived something that wasn't correct. You can not make a snap judgment of a person or their business when you do not know them. My family has known these people for almost 20 years, and there is nowhere else that I would dream of getting my jewelry from. Anthony's Custom Jewelry is a class act, and so are Mark and Paula Sherrin. I'm so glad I know them and can call them friends.

Anthony’s jewerly did my engagement ring and my fiancés wedding band! They were so nice and they understood our vision very clearly. There was even an upset woman in the shop being very rude and unreasonable and they were handling it very professionally and with kindness. I’m glad we have local shops like Anthony’s!

Brought my wife's ring in for repair, and was quoted 3 weeks. A bit long, but ok. 4 weeks later, the ring was not ready. It took 6 weeks and they did not call when it was done, I had to call them. The repair job is not great, the ring is noticeably off and not straight. There was to be a resizing to go with the repair. I had brought in a ring that fit my wife perfectly, so I could ensure that the repaired ring was resized correctly. I had a conversation with the man working that the ring needed to be sized down, that it was too big. They resized it up. They lied about resizing it all, claiming they didn't resize it when it has clearly been sized up. The band is now damaged and scratched. When my wife brought it back to point out the error and to get it resized correctly, she was accused of lying. She was told that I had given them the size and they had sized it to that, and it was our fault if it didn't fit. We would have to pay to have it sized again. When my wife pushed that a ring was brought in to be sized the employee got a little hostile with her. They refused to correct their error. There are many jewelers in the area that range from pretty ok to great. Anthony's is not among them. Save yourself the time and money.

Mark and Paula saved the day for my plans to propose after one of the big chain stores delayed delivery of my ring for 6 weeks and they only notified me 10 days before I planned to propose. In those 10 days Mark and Paula were amazing, and got me setup with a beautiful ring that my fiancé loves! I cannot say enough good about my experience here!

He has made a one of a kind opal ring for me which I love.Also restored my grandmother 's cameo ring which was 100 years old.I was so pleased, beautiful work andnow the ring continues for future generations. Paula's jewelry selection Is unique and different from the bigbox stores. Love her estate sales whichBrings a new generation to appreciate these pieces. Love it that they have a price range for everyone.

Brought my wedding ring in for repair. Had a missing stone on the band and needed to have it sized down. My ring came back more beautiful than it was before. Highly recommend these guys!

I just went in to have a link removed from a Versace watch and one link removed and less tha 5 minutes time I was charged $20. Ridiculous!!! I’m from NYC and i have never been charged this much! Absolutely ridiculous!

I dropped off two watches for batteries. sent my husband in to pick them up. He asked if they take credit card and the old woman said yes. so, he laid by credit card. she did NOT inform him that had he paid in cash it would have been. significant savings.we will not return to this scam.from now on, use Cureton Jewelers or Waxhaw.terrible!
