Brand new truck had 5000 miles on it won't crank out of the blue. Fleet fuels towed it in. Of course mechanic doesn't know what's wrong cause the computer has to tell him. So gmc said unhook the battery for 10 mins. Talked to Jordan in the service dept told her since it is almost due for the 1st and free service go ahead and do that also she said no problem we will do it. We'll 5 days later I pick up truck learn later no service was done. I was told we forgot. 3 weeks past I take it back to have the service done. Guess what can't do it today make an appointment for the following week. But I was told to come back anyway we will do it for you since we let you down. The only great service I got from Universal chevrolet was Bryan when he sold it to me and the finance dept was great also. Doubt I will drive 40 mins to have the oil changed.

Dropped our car off on Tuesday evening for a Wednesday morning appointment. We wanted a few things checked out. We never got a call or text letting us know that our vehicle was complete or to advise us that there may be a delay. Called several times Wednesday with no answer, then went to the dealership Thursday afternoon because again, no telephone call or text. Upon arrival, I was made to wait almost 30 min for my car and a print out of what the “problem” was. There was no detailed diagnostics on my receipt. No out mileage to show that our vehicle was test drove. No listed issues, if any. No estimate of anticipated work needed. And no answers from the technician. No manager was offered, and was charged $200 and still don’t know what’s wrong with the vehicle.

Bought used 2011 Equinox. Sold As Is. Had mechanical problems within first 30 days. They towed, diagnosed and repaired by replacing the alternator at no cost to me. All with a smile and "Thank you for your service."

I was out of town from South Florida and noticed my oil needed to be changed on my Suburban. I had to make that 12 hour drive back home and wanted to get that handled before getting on the road early that next morning. Well, Travis and Hannah made that happen. I dropped off my truck and they had it handled efficiently and with a smile. Honestly it's better customer service than my local dealership. Consider yourself lucky if this is your local Chevy dealership. THANK YOU Universal Chevrolet!

After fighting with another dealership for 3 weeks trying to get my Bolt battery replaced I gave up and called Universal. Wow! It was like night and day! Hannah and the Service staff bend over backwards to get me a battery and get it installed super fast...even providing me with a sharp loaner. When it comes to Customer Service, a lot of businesses could learn from the Universal team. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Buy All of my trucks here. Our salesman Gary is the Best! Gray is always nice and friendly, gets the truck we want every time. Had service done today the guys in service are super nice and efficient.
