This company will cancel on you. Then after that they will come and tell you why they cant install and then try to charge you alot of money for labor for the the way they want to install. Do not recommend this company.

No EVER answers the phone and when they do they’re so rude. Too many other companies in the area that will take your money without an attitude.

Don was a true professional from the very start! We are in the process of building a new home and had no idea what to expect when purchasing an in-ground tank but he walked us through every step. He also worked hand in hand with our builder to make sure that he had everything lined up with his schedule. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you

Ryan and his brother arrived within 15 minutes of my call, found the leak and made the repair in less than an hour. Excellent service, very polite and personable young men. No more water spraying inside my powder room wall! Thanks guys!

We went to talk to someone at Deans about getting a heater and gas.The lady was polite trying to help us.So she said the manager was on the outside sent for him he did not show up.I guess it all who it is in order to get help from a So call manager.

I moved into a new home recently that uses propane from this company. The receptionist was very kind and explained the whole process to me since I have only ever used electric heat. Everyone I have spoken with shows great customer service and their cobflict resolution is great

Was not pleased at all with this company or the way Generac handled my installation of my propane tank. Bought and paid for a NEW tank from Generac contractor Dean Propane instead of bringing my NEW Tank they installed rusty old tank. I requested they paint it but did a LOUSY JOB. The undersides of tank was not painted. I would not advise or give them a good review or refer anyone to them. I would give them a zero star
