“Yesterday I had one of the BEST customer service experiences I've EVER had! Associate Brent W. saw me looking at washing machines and asked me how he could help me. Mr. W. had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Less than 10 minutes to place my order, pay and answer all my questions!!! Exceptional customer service with a smile! I had planned to wait to buy the matching dryer but I'm going back in today and if Mr. W. is working I will be purchasing the dryer also.”
