Absolutely the wrong place to take your business. Called to place an order for multiple arrangements for a funeral, and was given the run around. Was asked to call back later when they were free to speak to me, never answered the phone for the rest of the day. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The lack of communication between the owner and myself was absolutely unacceptable. I called at 10 AM to make sure my delivery would occur on time, and she assured me it would. There was apparently difficulty finding that address, which I can understand, however instead of calling either of the two phone numbers listed on my order, she just went home for the day and never notified me. After I called back at 330p to check on my
order she did agree to go back out and attempt redeliver it, which she did, however when my mother received her flowers it was NOTHING AT ALL Like the picture on her website. I understand flower color availability may differ, however, again I should have been notified that my bouquet was going to look like something that came from Walmart. Not only was the bouquet totally different colors, but it was mostly different flowers altogether. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and will absolutely never use this business again.

Ordered flowers via telephone for my BIL funeral. Asked directly if they could do all blue, as the casket spray was blue and white and I did not want the same. I paid double the price quote to make sure it was full and done right. Double. Flowers were white lilies, white carnations, white roses. There were two other blooms that had a hint of blue and a filler. If they can’t do blue, and someone pays double to make sure it’s right….a phone call out of courtesy would’ve been appreciated. I certainly paid enough for that respect yet none was given. Hard pass - find a different florist.

Wonderful customer support! Called one day last week to arrange a sympathy arrangement to be sent to my colleague's home. They were delivered when they said they would arrive and my colleague texted with a picture of nice arrangement saying thank you. Then followed with a peace lily for the funeral. It was a morning ceremony so they made the point to deliver it the afternoon before so it would be included on time. It was healthy, and a tasteful bow was included. So polite on the phone every time I called. Highly recommend and will use again!

Absolutely top notch. There’s 40 years of experience here and the owner was able to accommodate an order in less than 15 minutes. (Seriously, don’t get wait that long or expect to get that kind of service.) However, the arrangement was put together beautifully and for a well deserved price. I, highly, recommend using this florist in the future. I know I will be.

I do not recommend This florist at all.I ordered a spray for one of my best friends mothers wake and it was never delivered. I ordered it on Thursday and the wake wasn’t until Sunday so plenty of notice. No excuse for that kind of bad service..

Ordered a sympathy arrangement for same day delivery. Flowers arrived exactly as requested and were absolutely beautiful. I asked for "wow" factor and that's what I received. Thank you SO MUCH to Maxine for all of your help with my order and delivery today.

I got a very nice plant at short notice by doing a walk in with this company. I did a google search and found them. I then wanted a little vase flower arrangement the lady started to make it. She said it be 45 before making it. Well when we went to check out it was 75. The flowers were kinda old and some dying. I didn't complain to much bc I did call and walk in 5mins later. So they worked with me in a rush. I'd come back but I'd order from a flower site to get a discount 175$ slot!

I do not recommend, I ordered flowers for my 82-year-old mother for Valentine’s Day she did not receive them and then to add insult to injury they charged my card for them a week later still haven’t received a refund like they said they would do so we’ll see what happens there. lady on the phone seem to be nice but company very disorganized

Dont reccomend. Very nice lady but she is very pre occupied with other things it seems like. I wanted a bouquet for my wedding and a boutonniere. I asked for very simple white and green. Whatever looks best. The flowers are old and dying. Droopy and just rushed. Not happy but my wedding is tomorrow so this is all I have to work with...also tried to get in touch several times via phone and text. No response and the day she told me to come pick up she wasn't even there..so I wish I could get my 80 dollars back but I cant.

I wouldn't recommend getting flowers here. The flowers were not delivered on the day I had scheduled. The next morning when I called to see what was going on, the woman I spoke with seemed unconcerned that they had not delivered them and said they would be delivered that day. By around 4:30pm they still had not been delivered, at which point I called and asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. Although the hours listed on the website were until 5:30pm, no one answered and the mailbox was full. I then sent an additional email through the website and a text. I never heard back from any of the three ways I tried to reach out. They were finally delivered around 7:30, but they were the saddest looking flowers. The lilies looked like they were days old and about to drop petals. The pot they came in was cheap and not as pictured.
