I have been going here for 4 years and I love this place. I see reviews that say the staff aren’t nice. That makes no sense to me. Chip and everyone here are nice. I even had a lost package from over seas once. The tracking was being weird. Not this stores fault and I did not treat it as such. In fact, I never even alerted anyone to the problem. The manager here called me on her own to tell me she had it and when it would be delivered. And it was! I mail a lot of stuff too. I sell things online. I also bother the staff a lot to print me receipts because I have to have proof, even though I have a pre paid label. The staff always are nice about this. Also, there’s never a wait longer than 30 seconds. It’s the only post office in the surrounding area like this. Winston-Salem’s post offices have long waits. Deeper into Lexington’s do too. I feel so fortunate to be near this location. Anyway, great place!

The old blonde lady is the rudest employee that I, or anyone I know has had to deal with. She makes excuses so she doesn’t have to do small tasks when you bring in already packaged and labeled things to ship. Very rude.

The staff there are wonderful, EXCEPT for the blonde woman who is the most hateful and rude lady I have ever met. Not just a one time experience with her, it's every single time, as well and she behaves the same with people in front of me in line. The problem is, she is usually always at the register...ugh.

This post office is amazing! Honestly I drive out of my way to go to this one in particular. They are courteous and quick! They have pride in they're jobs and always present a smile! They handle my packages with the utmost care and always are patient if I have large orders.

Expecting packages and was out of town. Received an email saying packages were delivered to the Welcome post office. Daughter went to check box and there was NO notice of any packages. Sent her a picture of info. from FedEx back inside they give her a package so what about the other one that was delivered way before the one she just picked up¿? Good question... I had to go in a few days later and show them more info from FedEx to get my other package. WTF Do your job. This is getting to be a PROBLEM.
