You would think after years of the same negative comments, there would’ve been significant improvements at this location. If you’re paying for the works, you’d think there would be better service. No pre-wash scrub to help remove bugs. Also, finding a working vacuum like looking for a needle in a haystack. I’m not sure what tire shine product is being used, but it’s cheap. I have to Armor All my tires afterwards. I cancelled my membership. It’s not worth spending $45 a month. Especially, when you can get the same basic wash for $10.

I was the assistant site manager for this site for the last year, and was an employee for two. All I can say is this site, the management at all the sites, are completely unprofessional, not even to mention the workplace is unprofessional, crude, sexual tensions, and I had to quit because of this. The district manager knows everything is going on and turns a blind eye because he doesn’t want the confrontation, or he doesn’t want to make anyone mad. Even after I left, it’s still going on. Let me guess, I bet they can’t even produce numbers, and I’ll tell you why. Drama, sexually tensions, and drug use.

My vehicle was involved in a four car pile up in this car wash on 10/11/2024 which caused damage to my vehicle. The wash operator allowed multiple cars into the wash too close to each other, and didn't even stop the car wash as the cars were grinding against each other. A claim was filed but I have not received any follow up regarding this matter. I am seriously concerned about this negligent behavior and need someone to contact me about how this will be resolved before further action is taken.

My single mother, who goes by the name of Tess, wrote a review about this car wash and how they have stolen money from her. Due to this happening me and seven other of my siblings haven’t been able to have food for two weeks now we’ve been surviving off of the scraps that we have gotten off of our previous grocery trip, which was may be about 2 to 3 weeks ago as you can tell it’s not much as big family as we got. I think it’s a shame that this organization not only is known for having an employee lose their life while on shift, but is also stealing over $200 from a single mother with eight kids. Then goes on to basically say to my mom that you probably won’t be getting your money back. This organization will not only take your money, but take food out of your house. Do not come here.

The employees are thieves. I would highly recommend NEVER allowing them to get your card and start a membership because they will end up stealing hundreds of dollars from you as they have done me. If you look online there are thousands of reviews Nationwide about them doing this to people of all kinds. I am trying to get my money back right now and have been told no if they happen to give me my over $200 back I will update this review. By the way the manager knows this is happening and if you go see him in person to complain about it we'll get smart with you and tell him you it was not his him doing it so it is not his fault but that he knows the employees are doing it.

Becoming less and less happy with the Weaverville location.
Seems there is ALWAYS something not working properly.
From the vacs to the wash or rinse. If the soap is working right, then the rinse isn’t, then wax sprayed over top of the soap, then a rain like rinse that doesn’t remove all the soap and the blowers at the dry cycle blow most of the soap off. Once dried later that leaves spots or soap steaks.Then if you can remember which vac worked last time, you might be able to snag it again on the way out.
I’ve started using Asheville locations whenever possible with no issues. It’s just inconvenient to go to Asheville unless already in town for something else. Making me rethink my membership.?

Hannah professionally asked if I would like to participate in their current promotion. I declined because I won’t use the service very often and am terrible at stopping auto payments when the promotion ends. She still offered to help me with the credit card payment. She was pleasant and I appreciate the service.
