Their hours of operation state they're open til 6. Taking their site at face value I drove an hr to my closest branch in an emergency situation to find out they close an hour earlier than their listed time on Google. Poor customer service if you can't even list your hours of operation correctly on your website

I have been a customer of this bank for 11 years it was always great but about 2 months ago all the workers changed its all new people worker now. Every since then it takes forever and the worker arent friendly. To do something that used to take one minute or two tops now will take 10 or 15 mintues. Not to mention the wait or the we will be back in 30 minutes sign that is put out alot and there not back in 30. The worker are rude to. I miss the way it used to be. I hate to change banks after being a customer for so long but its not got any better. Thought maybe after they got used to everything and trained it wouldnt be so bad.

Love the bank but for the last two months I've had to go to Ashville and I live about 40 minutes from weaverville so I can't always drive the extra 20 minutes to Ashville so I have to give zero but as for the service and everything else 5 stars but I have to be able to use it before I can give it 5 stars

Worst bank ever someone got into my account and they will act like it's you and then even with your card off you will be charged if it's charged through a hacker . Very bad customer service.

I've been with this bank several of years in Wevo and loved that Maria was here but she had to move to Arden ❤ And everything was good till a couple of months ago they're short staff no one is ever there having to drive 40 minutes to get anything done.

I love this branch, especially Maria....she's always willing to help .no matter how big or how small.
