30 year customers banking and mortgage. Customer service person could care less, speaks like a training class and everything is the customers fault. Very disappointing and discouraged, guess they think we have no choice since mortgage and bank account is there. No longer care about retaining loyal customers and solving poor corporate department issues is too much trouble for a new be employee. No offer to have manager help or assist you. Very rude, pretty much told you if your not happy, go away.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here! They are kind, patient, and informative. Even on busy days they always do their best to provide excellent customer service, and recently really helped guide me through a very complicated and stressful situation. Personally this is my favorite branch in the area-- I highly recommend them. Thank you again for your assistance during a stressful time! ( Which is now very less stressful :)

Friendly tellers but you’ll be waiting at minimum 20 minutes regardless of what you’re there for, the time of day or day of week. Extremely understaffed.

Ridiculous bad service. We called about cashing a payroll check and were told everything was good got to the bank and told they wouldn't cash it. They are stuck up and very rude to noncustomers
