Reasonable rates, safe and secure. Just off the highway, so convenient as well. In only one instance did I have something I needed clarified and a phone call to Jose was all it took to resolve everything to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Be aware dealing with these guys. I recently rented an indoor climate controlled unit. It was a good unit however maneuvering through the complex was not very easy, especially with the 26 ft U-haul. Now the beware part. When I rented the unit I was billed a “last months rent” so they took two months rent right at the onset from me. Beginning each month they automatically billed my card for that month. Since getting a human to answer the phone was impossible I had to send them a contact request on their website. I informed them I would be vacating the unit prior to the next months end and ask about the return of my “last months rent” I specifically questioned them because my next months rent was due and since I was moving before months end I wanted to know if they would apply the already collected “last months rent” instead of billing me. Guess what, I never received a response from them. They auto billed my next months rent as normal. Month came. I vacated. I won’t go through everything. Point is they never returned my “last months rent” and I’m not going to be homeless over 180 some bucks. I would not recommend using these guys. I have a big problem with unethical businesses. I do wonder how many people fall into this same little trap.

Jose is amazing!! Not only are Weaverville Storage prices extremely competitive, his service are unmatched. He was timely and responsive. I highly recommend using Weaverville Storage. This is by far the best experience I've had with a storage rental facility.

Jose is helpful and responsive. I needed a short term, climatized unit and it was available and clean. The only reason it did not get five stars is because the driveway and parking areas are tight for big trucks. Fantastic customer service!

Called and within minutes they set me up with a unit. And pricing very reasonable for climate controlled unit. Needed a unit last minute and they accommodated me right away. Thanks guys you helped alot

Jose and his team at Weaverville Storage are standouts! Their rates are competitive but their service is outstanding! The units are clean and ready when you are, they are fantastic communicators so no waiting on return calls or messages, and they have a great online portal for payments and reserving space (it turns out I needed 3 more spaces than I thought!) I absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These people are thieves and liars. They charge a pro rate for the remainder of the month you're renting plus the last months rent. When you're done renting they will claim you owe them money even when you should have a credit to your account. Don't rent from these people. I can provide proof if anyone wants it.

these people are thieves and liars. They don't answer the phone towards the end of the month so it's impossible to call them to let them know you're moving out. they claim you have to give them both written and verbal notice 30 days before of you move your stuff out. they pro rate the unit to start with and charge you last months rent then when you're done renting the unit they will claim you owe them money.

No one is ever available. Automated messages and billing continue after appropriate notice of move out and move out have occurred. Impossible to reach anyone for assistance. Not accessible with large moving trucks. Rodent problems are also an issue.
