Came in tired from a long week definitely not in the mood for phone shopping for hours the associate that helped me had to lower lip piercings o can't remember her name but she did it all the way good price range great phone price and features were compatible to my needs she was so fast and kind will be back!!!

Terrible company, been calling on a thursday from 9:30am -10:50am. They keep hanging up, i have the flu and this terrible company is putting all of their employees at risk because they cant get me in contact with a real person. So im about to go down there sick as all fook. Im vomitting, coughing, and feverish. Im about to head to their weaverville location because these incompetent idiots never "NEVER" answer the phone. All i need is them to see why my voicemail is not working. A simple call and check up would most likely fix this.
Cant wait to cough in everyones face cause they cant answer a fooking phone. I sure hope vomit pops out to say hi on their carpet. What a terrible phone company.

Don't answer phone when you call and they will hang up on you and there open and don't acknowledge you when you walk in the store. Horrible. Wouldnt recommend Weaverville, nc us cellular. Newport, Tennessee us cellular is alot better and friendlier and we will proudly drive a farther distance for 1000 times better service. If you don't have employers not doing there job how you expect having a business? I see this store closing eventually if things don't change. They will be reported

When you try to call someone or they try to call you it doesn't work... It says cellular network not available for voice calls... Wth is up with that????!!!!

If you will check all my reviews, 99% of them are fantastic!! I always take the time to review good food, good service, good experiences. Only once have I made a negative review. Well, here's #2. US Cellular in Northridge Commons in Weaverville, NC is positively AWFUL!My 70 year old father-in-law recently upgraded to a new iPhone. Long story short, it wouldn't ring. It wouldn't alert him to anything. Folks were calling his house phone and telling him that they had been trying his cell several times and got no answer. It was because it was not ringing. He could send and receive texts but could not delete any of them. He kept getting a message to plug in his phone and connect to WiFi in order to do that. My father-in-law only lives about 3 miles from US Cellular in Weaverville, so he went to the store to get help with his faulty phone. 5 TIMES!!! Just so that's not missed, read it again: he went to the US Cellular store in Weaverville on 5 different occasions in a weeks time. Absolutely ZERO help from anyone in the store on any of those occasions. But . . . he was told the main reason why his phone wasn't performing correctly is because he didn't have enough storage and needed to upgrade that. TOTAL BS!I guess getting somebody to pay that .99 cents per month is a more lofty goal that actually helping your customer and their needs. 5 TIMES!!!And if you knew my in-laws, most in Weaverville do, they are the nicest folks you will ever meet. So they didn't complain at all. But the story needs to be told. US Cellular, train your employees to deal with phone issues. But if you HAVE properly trained them, then demand they put that training to work while they're at work or find another place of employment. Because a few of the current ones in the Weaverville store aren't giving the customers anything in the way of help. *Update: my wife called the 1-800 number and spoke with an associate who actually took the time to listen, advise, and the phone is now working perfectly. Less than 30 minutes and this female associate, who didn't have the actual phone in her hands, gave the correct steps to remedy the issue. Amazing what an employee can do when they actually give a crap about their job.

Super kind folks here. They let me in even though I arrived a minute before closing and worked with me after they had locked their doors for the night. I was trying to see if the US cellular home internet plan was available at our home in Weaverville. Sadly it was not, but they gave me the information to contact their tech to see if getting a booster would be a possibility. Excellent customer service.
