Needed a minor rear bumper repair. Phil and Macy were great - very pleasant to deal with - family business - job was done quickly with quite reasonable cost.

Stop and see Macy and Phil. Family owned and operated, these are great people, and aim to please all customers. Took my vehicle here and Phil made it good as new. Macy in the office was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Guy! Replaced my frontt Grill in a matter of minutes. Definitely knows Exactly what he is doing! I will be back when he has time, to fix my rear bumper!Hats off Sir!To someone who ( in todays world ) takes pride in what he does! It means Alot !!!Would've given 10 stars if I could !!!

I will not go into the grizzly details. I had a very disturbing experience with Rodney's auto service. I will never do business with him again, and I will never recommend him to the general public.

WARNING: Seek another source of service! …Unless you have a fascination with gambling, and do not mind BAD luck-of-the-draw. Which is what you might face in dealing with Tom’s Auto Body.In contrast to most reviews listed here, my experience with Phil’s work was not favorable.Descendants can quickly destroy an established, reputable business. For Phil Banks, the son, to agree to a more satisfactory remedy for his poor paint job, I’ve allowed a week to pass before submitting a bad review, but as they say — “crickets!”He’s blamed the paint as the fault, or by implication my car was the actual culprit, since he claims to have had no trouble with his paint brand in over 30 years. I’ve never heard, even in fiction, of a car “who“ begrudged quality paint.After two tries at painting (and my own time and frustration wasted), Phil has refused to make further effort, or offer more than a paltry, less-than-half, refund of payment (which insufficiency I’ve refused), with him saying, “That’s all I can do”.I love the beauty of bubbles, at the right time and place, but never in the paint on the body of the car that I drive! Now I’m out close to $1000 (a high price for the job of painting only a small-car's hood, and a poor job at that). I’ll likely need to pay extra to correct Phil’s mistakes — more than one person has mentioned that it appears the underlying paint was not properly removed before applying new paint, or there was air in the hose line.I’ll readily agree with most reviews in that Phil has a pleasant personality, that is until pressed to account. It is under pressure where character is tested, and in this instance, Phil has failed.Fighting through a robbery can be ugly. Still, I know of no one who gladly suffers a nice thief! Phil’s taking a person's money for promised service, and failing to meet the promise is nothing short of larceny.Service: Painting

Got to meet Tom and Phil prior to them takingcare of several blemishes on my red 2006 Pontiac GTO which I have owned since practically new. They are definitely top notch,caring, and do outstanding work. Also, it was a joy to meet some of Phil’s immediate familyIn which are very helpful too!

Rodney's Auto Service is a funky small-town gas station that is not to be missed. Rodney offers full-service mechanical work and is well thought-of locally. I particularly love his collection of old-time toy trucks and race cars. Ask him about his motorcycle memorabilia! When I stopped by today, Rodney was closed for two weeks, so he could take care of his wife who is having surgery. Let's try to give him some extra business and extra love when he reopens after April 11!
