The other day, I was locked out of my car for 3 hours trying to get in, also running my 3yr daughter at the same time!! I called Mr. Tiny and he had one of his guys come out to me IMMEDIATELY, got my daughter and I into the car in under 30 mins for his commute to where we where located… then only under 2mins to get into my car!!!!! HANDS DOWN BEST ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE THAT IVE EVER NEEDED AND CALLED!!!! AAA don’t even got nun going for em in my book, more so, than Tiny and his assistance for/to me! I’m forever thankful, grateful and blessed to have called my friend in a time of need and have them actually come rescue my daughter and I! Within the 35 mins it took from my call to getting inside my car!!!!!!! ????? ???STOP ???looking for assistance WHILE on the side of the road still getting broke down into smaller pieces by being deimmobilized…..ALWAYS CALL AND USE TINYS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT ?????Service: Car lockouts

I had a punctured tire on a Saturday with no options to get it replaced (& no spare in this new car!) Tiny’s crew showed up quickly, fixed a tough hole and got me back on the road with a quality patch in no time. They were great and responsive with excellent pricing- especially for a weekend emergency! Highly recommend!

Never use. Tony’s Roadside Assistance agreed to pick up a car of an 18 year old college girl, my daughter. Accepted payment over phone and never showed up to tow vehicle. Agreed multiple times to refund the money for tow not completed. After multiple promises and 3 months he has still to refund the money. Obviously, Tiny’s Roadside assistance word means nothing. I advise against calling for assistance from Tiny’s.

DO NOT USE.... This company was contracted to tow my 18 year old daughter's car 30 miles. He called promptly however it went downhill from there. He charged a huge amount on the initial call and took the money. Not only did he not ever show up to pick up the car, He, over a month later, has not refunded the money for the towing he never performed. Promised several times via phone conversations with multiple people including myself to refund the money but has not kept his word.Service: Car towing

0 stars if possible. We called them at 10 am and were told they would come by and give us a call before they arrived. We called them 9 more times through out the day they only answered 1 other time where the reassured us that a driver would be to us soon. I'm super disappointed in this service. My fiance and I both missed work and almost lost our jobs for missing. -1000/10 Do not reccomend

Do not and I repeat do not use this company. Dishonest and unprofessional. Local businesses will tell you the same and warn you away from them. Took 4 days trying to fix our 2000 peterbilt and was a no show for 2 days while telling us he was going to take care of us. Ended up with over a $2000 dollar bill and the truck left in worse condition than before Tiny showed up.
