Since June of 2020 through to this week, I have used the Weaverville UPS store four times, picking up items at a nearby antique auctioneer, packing the heavy and fragile items and shipping them to me. Person I spoke to on the phone before I ordered prints gave me the wrong cost of laminations, I went ahead and ordered and was surprised by an expensive bill. I called to ask for a refund for the extra cost as I was mislead but the manager refused. A fine store otherwise but this was a bummer to me.

The store itself is typically a good experience and most of the people who work there are kind and helpful. Their notary who works there on the other hand is shockingly miserable. Everytime I have to interact with her it's unpleasant and often rude. I will go out of my way to find alternative notary services.
