Roll Up Self Storage helped me in a pinch! I had rented a climate-controlled storage space through another company in the Asheville area, but when I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon, they informed me that they had no such storage available. I had rented a truck and needed to quickly change plans. I couldn’t find other storage places open for the rental process, but then saw that Roll Up Self Storage in Weaverville would be available until 6 PM on Sunday. I called and immediately connected with Judy, who helped me reserve and get access codes to the space I needed while I was driving to Weaverville. Within twenty minutes I was in my new storage space and unloading the truck. I highly recommend them!

They were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I actually ended up going to the wrong facility and she gave me directions over the phone, walked me through the process once I arrived, and helped me locate my storage. Some of the kindest people!!

We have had a great experience. The phone is always answered and the facility is very secure and clean. My mom has been a customer for 4 years and never any problems. I would recommend them.

Great storage option right off 25/70 near Weaverville. Kind and helpful staff at the office made it easy to find the right storage space for me and arranged for everything to be ready very quickly.

everything done online. had a uhaul van full, had rented at Mini Mall storage, but code didn't work, took an hour to get someone on the phone then kept losing service to get their lock off unit, and for any other customer service help. once in, dead mice in hall near unit. the was property not secure and safe, located on back road. went online and found this place. no problems with gate code, property secure, just off main busy road, felt safe. Definitely recommend.

Easy sign-up and check-in process. Payments online make it even more simple. Clean units and great location. I would recommend it to anyone!
