My order shipped quickly and arrived in new condition. There was a problem with the printing, (Not the fault of RepairManual.com) I called and explained my situation. I was told someone would call me back the next day. To my pleasant surprise I was called the next morning and offered several possible solutions to my problem. RepairManual.com corrected the issue and went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service. I will shop here again.

Order a manual and had it stolen off my porch before I got home to take the package inside. Sent in multiple supports tickets on their website and still have not gotten a response. I will happily purchase another manual but if they cannot take the time to get back to me I will purchase it some where else.
