We used to like PNC but they've shut down their teller service at this branch inside and drive-up. Now it's not much more than an ATM.

Terrible customer service, rude and very unconcerned about the customers. Shocked to hear how they talk to other people in the bank. It's a shame the next closest branch is downtown.
