Horible.. way over priced. Horrible service. The "girl" working looked like Leave It To Beaver had a kid with Lisa Simpson.. the biker cap, nose ring, hairy legs.. we get it.. youre different.. When I walked in she sighed because now she had to actually do her job.. pick up a tiny bottle and sell it to me for a ridiculous price.. adding her bitchy attitude was not needed.. sorry I made you put your phone down so you can do your job.. youre lucky to have a job.. ever consider that?

I bought a $55-60 mod., New $10 battery and $20 battery charger, and the top oil part for $50 I've spent over 2k in this shop easily in the last 4 years. The mod quit working on day 2, but i had to visit Illinois bc my Mom and dad needed help bc my mom had to visit Mayo Clinic for possible cancer, dad had knee replacement and couldn't help her. I got back to shop with mod & the lady who rung me up remembered me when the other worker called & long story short, no replacement, no refund, even though it wasn't damaged at all, had receipt, never made a return over 4 years and 2k plus in sales & the even kept my new battery while checking others the shop uses to use on personal, or patrons mods to make sure it's not the issue, so i got an old beat up battery and they got my new one, no refund, no replacement, nothingNever going back, an if they don't fix problem, bc they didn't and doubt they will, i would recommend to go elsewhere and on receipt make sure the employee puts it's not on sale bc if not they will say it's on sale now and has been and won't return any sale item, and i wasn't even told that verbally

I go one week and am refused a vape because I don’t have my ID. I have wrinkles older than that kid. Then I go in today and take out my ID and this kid almost laughs at me. Seriously will not accept the disrespect. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Staff used to be nice, tall guy with a beard was rude, and was trying to ID my kid I brought in with me and wouldn’t sell to me, absolutely terrible

Bought a defective nicotine disposable for $28. Wasn’t made aware of the policy that once you left the property they couldn’t do anything. Wasn’t offered a receipt either. Definitely need to train there staff better and be transparent with their policy’s. Seems like a lot of people get defective stuff here definitely beware before purchasing anything from this place.

I purchased a disposable vape. I didn’t open the package while I’m store and test due to already having a previous vape I was trying to finish. The new vape was burned already when I opened it at home, and i was only offered 15% off of my next one. For these guys to be $20 a pop it should really be a given if one is burned regardless of situation, a new one should be issued.
