Multiple times I have gone to buy items from this store only to discover that the item was not available, the latest item was supposed to have 43 in stock, but of course they had zero! It is also very hit and miss in finding someone to provide assistance. I wish I had a nearby alternative.

Don't ask for a delivery, they will string you along for days or weeks and then send some dude in a pickup who can't even unload the stuff. Lowes is a joke and I wish never giving them business again, was an option for me.

Not much different than any other Lowe's you go into. Sometimes you can find someone to help other times you can't. I just downloaded the app and search my store for anything I need before going in because it usually tells where it's located in the store on the app.

I have been a loyal customer for as long as this store has been open. Spent thousands of dollars here. I don't even go to Home Depot. That changes now. They do not stand behind their products. We bought a refrigerator, and a dishwasher 2 years ago. Paid delivery, and installation. Also paid for a protection plan on both. The dishwasher has been terrible. It's a Samsung. Total garbage. After a couple hours on the phone., the asn associate who was nice referred me to the BBB. The dishwasher purchase was around 1400.00 and to have all the issues with it is completely unacceptable. Lowe’s is completely failing the customer. The total purchase for both was over 4k. The dishwasher has flooded our kitchen twice, and ruined one of our counter tops. Customer service is terrible here. If you call good luck. You will need it. Must be demorcrat owned.

Typically at this Lowe's location, it is difficult to receive any help with pretty much anything. However, this time, my husband and I were looking for a specific item that showed there were 80+ in stock online and there were none on the floor for purchase. My husband asked an associate, Dylan, for help locating the items and he looked tirelessly for the item. He was unable to locate the items and then asked another associate, Marco, to see if he could locate the items. Neither were able to locate the items, but both were super patient, helpful, and kind. We then searched for yet another item that was out of stock on the floor. Dylan was able to find and pull these items down for us to purchase. Great service from these two associates in the Garden Center! The Weaverville Lowe's would be a much more pleasant shopping experience if Dylan and Marco were in charge of training other associates on customer service.

Wow, what a fantastic experience at Lowe's in Weaverville! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect plants for my garden.
The gardening area was a treasure trove of beauty, with a stunning selection of healthy and vibrant plants. I was blown away by the variety and quality of the flowers, shrubs, and trees.
I left with a buggy full of gorgeous plants and a big smile on my face! The prices were reasonable, and the staff even helped me load my car. I'll definitely be back for more!
If you're a gardening enthusiast like me, or just looking for some beautiful plants to brighten up your space, Lowe's in Weaverville is a must-visit. Five stars and a big thumbs up from this happy customer!"

Suggest you visit Ace Hardware nearby which is locally owned by the Young family. You’ll find better service.

Place continues to decline in service,10:00AM no cashiers,huge line to check out,and only 2 self kiosks open,open but not working right,improperly declined every card in my wallet,attendant was unable to answer questions,left all my merchandise on the scanner and walked out.
Don't believe their online inventory.I searched for an item,directory said they had 11 in stock,I drive 13 miles to the store,none on the shelf.
Went to customer service,waited while overworked woman finally got to me,paged someone over to aisle to help,couldn't find it.
Says sometimes they don't update online inventory,REALLY,just great,nice to know.
No apologies,no offer to get manager just a shoulder shrug.

This place completely blew my mind. The people during the day are average. But the night shift before and after closing is outstanding. Very veteran friendly
