Very nicely arranged and kept shop in an older, kinda sketchy strip mall, a bit off the beaten path on the edge of town. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Lots of inventory and fair prices.

I've been coming here for a few years or more now and the staff are always super kind and the owner is a complete sweetheart. Very helpful and they always greet you as soon as you walk in unless they're completely swamped. Sad for anyone to even consider giving this place 1 star just because either the customer misunderstood something or someone on the staff was having a tough day... or both. These people are awesome and if I needed a job, I'd work here in an instant.

Not the most professional of associates. Came back in after purchasing a disposable cart and was told I charged it incorrectly. Charging was never discussed when I purchased the product. I was told it’s user error and they couldn’t do anything for me. As I left the associate felt it necessary to go to the window and wave good bye to me. Childish and I was nothing but respectful while telling them I was disappointed. Don’t waste your time there are more shops within 5 mins.

I shop here for pipe tobacco and cigarette filter tubes. Over all best price and the customer service is always top notch. I recommend just like that to all family and friends
