This place is dishonest and incredibly rude. Greg is a real j*** all because he doesn't have a clue how to manage the place. His incompetence somehow becomes your problem. As long as he is there, you are better off renting just about anywhere else. Trust me, it's not worth it and you've been warned.

I moved to this area one year ago and rented an iStore unit. The unit was very clean at that time and has continued to be each of many times visiting since. Recently, there was an understandable rate increase and we were notified over one month in advance. Any concerns I had were met quickly by management. This is a very secure location and has served we well. My appreciation to management.

I have been renting from iStore for a number of years at both locations on Reems Cr. Rd. At both locations, the storage compound is kept clean. I was one of the earliest renters at the climate controlled location and my suggestion for improvement was immediately implemented. At the other unit, I had a problem with the locking mechanism and the owner came out immediately to help me - within10 minutes. My wife and I are quite satisfied with both locations and have found the owner to be quite friendly and helpful.

I rent 2 units - one for personal use, and one for business use (I am President of a local non-profit organization). The storage complex is very clean and well-secured, and I have never seen key equipment (gate, heat pump, etc.) not in working order. Prices are reasonable for the high level of service rendered.

We have been renting storage units from iStore for over 10 years. We have never had any surprises on location or costs. I have always felt well informed and that our units were secure. Our family definitely recommends iStore!

Rude, ridiculous owner. I'm never encountered such a mismanaged, unprofessional business. Bait-and-switch tactics. Advertising rates online that are lower than what you are charged.

This storage facility is beyond excellent! If you're looking for a place to store your belongings, this is the place. Look no further!The units are spacious and clean. The area is big enough for moving trucks to come in and out with ease. The location is very well maintained and taken care of. The facility is very secure (gated) and the units look brand new. The owner Greg is super kind and very helpful! I truly appreciate my interactions with him. 5 stars isn't nearly enough!
