“Matt was the most kind, easy going guy! He did everything he could to get help us get our phone upgrades, even after coming in 20 minutes before closing!!! He never once complained about staying late! Your other salesman, Jason, was also incredible kind to us! Keep these guys around we need more sensible people in these small town stores!!!!”

She is exceptionally knowledgeable and a delight to work with as well!”
“I went to this store after some frustration with the online customer service team, and I’m so glad I did. I can’t express enough how helpful and amazing David and Serge were. The entire store has such a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
You can tell Serge is a great manager and an even better person. David was incredibly persistent in helping us and made sure both of our devices were completely set up before we left.
Because of them, I will always go to this store from now on. Their customer service is truly exceptional. They deserve recognition from T-Mobile for the environment and level of service they’ve created.
