Had an appointment made. Was 20 minutes early to appointment, but ended up waiting for over an hour and a half past appointmen time. Was told after waiting half an hour that my tax representative was finishing up his client, he took an additional hour after to be finished. Terrible experience.

I found out how much H&R BLOCK was going to charge me for 15 to min. Worth of work...$155! I used to work for H&R & that's too much! Your charging way too much. Sorry but I found someone else.
