HomeTrust Bank provided wonderful face to face customer service. A big complaint is there is NO after hours phone contact, particularly after 3pm Saturday until Monday morning a lot of time for bad actors to do damage. There was no waiting and answered all questions, serviced account professionally. The manager was prompt to notice waiting folks in the lobby and immediately notified a staff member. The staff helped efficiently, approached right away, set up a new account in a speedy fashion, and was sweet and knowledgeable about various types of accounts. Customers felt cared for and appreciated.

I couldn't have been happier with the great customer service that Mark provided. There was no waiting and he answered all of my questions and serviced my account professionally.

Not as personal with staff as back in the 90s. But no problems. Even when the cookies stopped.
