“I want to give a big shout out to Angie that works in customer service at Lowe's. Not only did she order my washing machine, she took care of reimbursing my card after I returned it because it didn't work. This lady is the best thing that happened to Lowe's.She took the time out to call me to ensure me everything was taken care of. She deserves more than a manager pay she needs to be over the whole store. Not only does she provide excellent customer service she trains her employees to do the same. Brent works for Angie and he also provided me with great customer service. We need more Angie's and Brent's at Lowe's in weaverville nc because I love to feel special when I go shopping. Great experience”

“Fast in and out, inventory starting to show signs of supply issues. Small items not being sorted very well (bins all mixed up, hard to find most items) Employees are scarce. Weeks since last review, not much changed, more employees, but inexperienced. Things seem to be better stocked, and the employees more knowledgeable. Still having inventory issues, spoke to a manager and the stock is in the store but the night crew isn't doing their job. Update...still having staff issues, more staff, but if you have any type of technical questions about a project, unfortunately you'll probably know more than an employee...lol. But I guess that's the way it is now, with fast food joints paying 15/18 $ per hour to assemble a burger, doesn't leave much qualified help in the labor market. Sad state of affairs. February 9, inventory is in better shape, still having a staff problem.”
“Clean store and a fair amount of folks to help with questions. On this occasion I to take a bathroom break. The men's room was kind of funky; peeling paint, dirty floor and an empty paper towel dispenser. It could use some work. However, personal needs such as this is not why one goes to Lowes. This is a good store.”
“I've been to this Home Depot a lot!!! Pretty much on a daily basis but I had to write this review for Roy in lumber! He was of so much help today even though he was extremely busy he stopped to help me find some primed 1X4X8 trim boards. I would like to say thank you to him for being kind & helping me today!!”
“I like Home Deppt a lot. The staff is friendly and they keep a clean and organized store. Easy to navigate (much better than Lowes though prices are roughly the same).”
