Do not come here unless you want a messed up hair cut. We brought in a picture for reference and the cut that was done was no where near the picture. This place has no consideration of how badly they've ruined my son's perspective on future hair cuts. They do not consider customers advice on how it should be cut. For the least they could've done was fix it.

Stylist: Heather is the lady that's been trimming my hair, she's very nice, gave her opinion on style and anything that might help my natural curly hair.

Heather at Great Clips did such a great job on my hair. I was so happy when I left the salon. I would highly recommend Heather. She is so knowledgeable about haircuts and styles.

Requested style: It was a vert simple cut that I actually showed her a picture of. She cut it 2 inches shorter then the picture which makes my hair extremely short now. I told her she was cutting it too short and she said no im not. I left crying.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! a girl with long brown hair cut my hair i asked for a trim and she took of AT LEAST 4 inches DO NOT COME HERE ALSO HALF THE STAFF WAS DRUGGED OUT AND THEY CANT CUT HAIR TO SAVE THEIR LIVES

Wonderful staff.
One of the few places that cuts my 4 year old boys hair correctly, and I've tried the bigger shops.
Not to mention they open doors for the elderly <3

My experience at Great Clips was honestly disappointing and embarrassing. I decided to go there with my cousin for a haircut one day. She was just getting some split ends trimmed, but I was excited to try out a new style and had even brought a picture for reference.
The person assigned to do my hair was friendly enough. I showed him the picture of the hairstyle I wanted, and he did warn me that it might not look exactly the same due to our hair differences. I understood that, but I was still hopeful to see how it would turn out.
Unfortunately, when he finished my haircut, I was shocked and disappointed. It was not what I had expected at all—I looked like a mess. On the other hand, my cousin's hair looked great with just a few inches trimmed. I felt really embarrassed and just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
When my sister saw my haircut, she was shocked too and insisted that we go back to the salon. She almost got into an argument with the worker who did my hair, asking if they had any style books or suggestions they could have offered instead. However, the worker just kept repeating that he had warned me it wouldn't look like the picture.
Eventually, another lady stepped in and tried her best to fix my hair. She was nice and made some improvements, but the overall experience left me feeling terrible. I wouldn't recommend this Great Clips location to anyone. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience like this at a salon, but this was one of the worst.
I'm currently searching for a new place to get my hair cut. I wanted to share this review to warn others about the inconsistency and lack of skill at this particular Great Clips. It seems like they hire inexperienced people frequently, which can lead to disappointing results. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience here, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

i went there, and they messed up my hair, there was missing chunks and it was not even at all. i asked them to blend the layers in my hair and he cut off 3 inches and made it choppy there's a missing chunk out of the front of my hair. DONT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE!! if you want your hair.
