My husband stayed here for work. The front desk staff was rude! When he stays for work, he simply needs a weekly bill showing a $0 balance. The easiest way to do that is to check him out, print the bill and then check him back in for the next week. He was staying there for 1-2 months. The front desk could not figure out how to do it. When the manager was there, he tried again but was told this is how they have to do it. Most places don't charge your card until you check out, not here. As soon as you check in, your card is charged. This place needs better training on how to interact with customers and how to print out bills for people staying for work.

My king room was clean, the breakfast was nice, parking is free, and the location of the place is great! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor close to the ice maker and amenities. I kept on hearing sounds all night and i couldn’t get a good sleep. Being a Gold member, i expect at-least a room away from noise!

I had made a 2 day reservation at this location and was delayed, missed y first day, expecting to still have the second, but did not. They cancelled my second day leaving me with no where to go. They did offer a room at double the original rate which I refused, because I did not have 329 plus tax. I asked when was checkout and she said was 12 noon. It was just 10:30 so I asked to get the room I paid for to freshen up, take a shower - again the room I paid for and she refused. I had been up for The desk person was polite, however the manager was rude and unconforming. Offered no solution..

If ya book a room here, dont stay in the room.¡¡¡.? once you stay in the room a bit, the air will become tainted..... but luckily they charge a 50 dollar deposit that will be charged so 2 spray for the next guest... I guess¿¿¿. ?Safety: Lock your car for sure!

Overall the hotel room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you Uber to downtown Asheville it’s a quick drive. Easier than driving and trying to find parking. The parking lot is a logistical nightmare though!!! Speed bumps at funky angles every few feet. The parking lot is awful!!!

Beautiful location AWESOME STAFF! 10 day stay and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this location as the staff is a well oiled machine and everything was flawless. Thank you again for helping in my time of need.

Great location outside of Asheville in a gem of a little town, Weaverville. Very close to Publics Food store (across the street) and right down the street is also Walmart and lots of other stores! Plenty of gas stations too! If your looking for breakfast at anytime of day we recommend the Waffle House! Our grandsons favorite place for dinner! Malani and Heather thank you!

Nice bedroom and nice warming pool but the breakfast was disappointing no plates, or fruit, and the hot water was cool, and the milk or chocolate milk was expired; nobody was careful.

A nice new hotel. Clean rooms clean facilities . The breakfast was ok eggs ,bagels ,waffles biscuits, cereal, sausage and,bacon.Noteworthy details: Small Swimming pool and workout room..

I did not have the best experience at the hotel. There were no bath towels in my room when I checked in and I did not notice until I took a shower the next morning. So I had to dry off with a hand towel on a very cold morning before going to work. I let the front desk know when I went down for breakfast, and they said they would bring some up later. When I got back to my room in the afternoon, still no towels. I had to go to the front desk again, and finally someone brought some towels up. So this definitely soured the rest of my stay.
