There's always a surplus of material that takes some time to sort through, but it usually pays off. I renovated my house, purchasing a good 60% of the materials from Coates. I'd pop in once or twice a month to see what he had in stock and would purchase what I could put to use at the time. I definitely recommend stopping in and taking a look, but call first to make sure they're open. Some things I found were: Anderson Windows, 1¼" black walnut plywood, 50' rolls of black aluminum trim, treated lumber, tongue and groove, shiplap, cabinets, cedar posts, etc.. the list goes on.

He has plenty of stuff/junk, but he doesn't want to sell anything. He can't let it go sometimes. Lower prices and you would sell more. Organize things, and you will sell a ton more. Take a loss on one thing to make a profit on another..

These folks always have given the friendliest service and great prices on items I have purchased.In this high priced economy we need to be supporting the local businesses more than the "BIG BOX" stores..."BIG BUCKS" store is really the correct way to say it.If you need good prices " who you gona see" Coats Surplus!Help the local people as much as you can.If my review helped you please select the LIKE button.
