Everyone at Broad River Animal Hospital is amazing. The doctor took the time to call and discuss medication options to give her the best quality of life as she aged and walking became difficult. And when it came time to make the decision to put our 16 yr old dog, Nala, down, they were fantastic. They set up the room, gave us privacy, explained the process and a few days later we received a card with her nose and paw prints in it, which meant so much to us. I cannot recommend them enough.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. My questions regarding my pet's care were patiently answered. Staff and vet were calm and patient in workin with my cat.

Dr. Kathleen Allison and the entire staff at Broad River Animal Hospital are the most caring and competent professionals that I could ever have to treat any of our pets. They are the absolute best!

Dr. Nicole and her staff are always very attentive and friendly. They truly care about their furry clients. Dr Nicole took her time with our Mr. Darcy and explained all of his treatment options clearly. You never feel like a number being rushed in and out. Broad River feels like family!!!

Staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Everyone went out of their way to make our pets feel comfortable and safe. They truly took the time and to complete a thorough exam in a way that reduced anxiety for both dog and cat. All of our questions were answered by the end of the appointment, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t dread our next vet visit! Thank you!!

I love the vets and staff at Broad River Animal Hospital. They make sure I understand the issues with my cat and all the treatment options. They are easy to get to, also. Love it here!

Dr Reinecke is exceptionally patient and kind (with animals and humans). I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions. So grateful for all the wonderful, caring staff.

We cannot adequately express our gratitude for the excellent care Dr.Allison provided to our older cockapoo. She removed a 2 lb lipoma from his groin-not an easy area to work on. He is doing great and was cared for well during his recovery. He is now back to taking trail walks with a pep in his step. In addition to Dr. Allison, all of the staff were kind, caring and professional. Highly recommend this place and again, so very grateful for taking good care of our beloved dog.

I take my Aussie and Rottie here Dr. Nicole is great. Everyone there is so nice and happy to answer your questions. It is nice to go to a vet that doesn't think that you have a rottie so it has to be mean.

I took my beloved cat in to be seen today--he hadn't been eating much for quite awhile. Very long story short, it turned out that he had some very serious issues that could not be cured and he needed to be euthanized soon. I chose to do it today, and the staff could not have been kinder. The doctor I saw was extremely professional and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood the situation with my beloved Buster!

I'm not really happy with my last visit. They wouldn't let me hold my dog...the vet tech was too rough and trying to hold her tight for no reason. You don't have to pin a dog for a shot. They scared my dog and she snapped at her. S

Dr. Lusk is absolutely amazing. She is so thorough and gentle. I especially have to give a shout out to the vet tech Lisa who was so caring, patient and sweet with my cat Ichabod. She taught me step by step how to get the insulin and needles ready and how to inject it, while having to explain it multiple times to me because I was so nervous. She’s a real one. Thank you Lisa, from both Ichabod and myself.

We had to have our almost 17 year old collie/husky mix Sadie put down and the staff was so caring and professional. What a positive experience in a sad situation. Thank you Broad River for going above and beyond we really appreciated it.
