They could've easily sold me a more expensive part, but instead, they took the time to explain my options and recommended the best value for my needs. Their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction have earned my loyalty. Even if prices might be slightly higher elsewhere, I'll gladly pay a little extra for the peace of mind that comes with doing business with trustworthy professionals. “I was in the Weaverville store today. I had my iphone 11's battery changed and tempered glass protector replaced. This service saved the cost of 'upgrading' to a phone I don't need. The phone is performing like it's brand new. Very grateful, especially to Tyler, who provided friendly, professional, thorough service and information. Thank you!”
