“I bumped into a fence while trying to find a parking space at Beaver Lake. and my front bumper fell off except for one corner. A friendly hiker spent quite a while trying to get the bumper in place, but decided all he could do was tie it up with baling wire. He advised me that I would have to replace the bumper. My neighbor recommended David Parks for auto repairs..
I called Parks collision an was told the first appointment for an estimate would be in 12 days. When I expressed concern that the baling wire might not hold the bumper on for 12 days, the office manager said she could get someone to check to be sure it would stay on if I could bring my car to them before noon.
I got there about 11 am. The manager took my keys and went around back. After about 15 minutes, David Parks came back with my keys. He told me that I didn't need an estimate. He had done the good thing: i.e. he got the bumper in place and I wouldn't need to get a new bumper. when I tried to give him and the manager my credit card to pay for the time he had spent putting the bumper in place, both refused to take my payment!
what started as a miserable day was uplifted by their generosity!”

“They did an amazing job the part they changed was very corroded and broke and they didn't everything they could and spent a lot of time and effort on something that would not budge yet somehow got it worked on it for a while and still gave me a reasonable price they could have told me I needed something unnecessary but they didn't great experience I recommend anyone with car issues come here”

“My family and I are here on vacation. We were walking back from the bakery and noticed .oil leaking from my car! Across the street was Rodney! I walked over and asked for help. He stopped what he was doing and came over and looked at my car. Then he told me to bring it over to the shop and he put it up on the lift so he could see the issue. Then he quickly fixed it. He shared he was sure we wouldn't have made it much further down the road without ruining the engine. Disaster averted! He is our vacation hero! Love the southern hospitality! He is a jewel in our books!”

“We were just down in the Weaverville area camping at Hot Springs. A friend of ours had a taillight out on her camper. It turned out that the wire inside the trailer 7 way plug had come loose. I was able to get the trailer lights working again for her but I was pretty sure her brake controller and fuse for the 12v power from the camper were fried. I had limited tools with me so I wasn't able to fix that.
I was in Weaverville at the Autozone the next day and they recommended Weaverville Tire to check it out. They were able to get her in the very next day and got her going with a new brake controller and fuse. I thought the price they charged her was extremely reasonable. I am always very cautious about recommending a shop to someone but we took a chance.
Just want to say thank you very much to Weaverville Tire for taking such good care of our friend.”
