Always very helpful staff. I’ve always preferred Ace over big box stores.

People alway friendly, helpful, never real crowded. It may cost more than lowes . . . but I often can't find what I need at Lowes even though they say tthey have it

Andrew at the service desk is very capable and helpful. I highly recommend him for any small engine repair work.

All I needed was a new key ring. They shut the doors and closed 2 minutes prior to 7. Off to Lowe’s I go. This is what I get for trying to shop at locally owned businesses. Bye bye…

I have had two fantastic experiemces at this store. First their mechanic who was knowledgeable, fast and kind while advising me about my chainsaw. I then returned 5 months later with another chainsaw problem and the manager went above and beyond in helping me solve a stuck chain issue including googling an issue we couldn't solve and creating a tool to solve it. Fantastic service and professionalism.

If you want to have personalized service with a smile, people that are eager to help you must go to Ace Hardware weaverville, the big box stores just don't have it very convenient. And oh yes if you need propane this is your go-to place

I really don't like giving such a low score for a place I loved working at. I transfered from the North Asheville store to this location after 3 months bc I had to move my residence. It started off pretty good but then when I spoke up about anything to help customer service at the store be better, I got in trouble & put on probation. Then when I got hurt on the job here, I was fired. I'm currently dealing with that issue. It really stinks bc I learned so much from working at the North avl store. Then got to the Weaverville location only to feel like I didn't have a voice & was scared to speak up bc I would lose my job. Which happened. It's all good bc God has a plan & this was a learning lesson for all.
