Our experience with Autostar was awesome! Between Caleb our salesperson, Heath the manager and Jenny in finance, this was definitely our best experience ever for purchasing a new vehicle! I highly recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle stop here first. We were greeted with genuine friendliness and made to feel valued and respected through the entire process.

Drove over an hour to look at a truck and I was sold the minute I took it for a test drive. Samantha was my sales rep and she made me feel so comfortable and made sure my buying process will be smooth! From Samantha making sure the truck was the perfect fit for me to the financing department working so hard to get me the BEST deal to the closing process. To top off all the services that they did they even offered to bring me the truck so I didn’t have to do the long drive again. Because I can’t add more stars here are some more ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I highly recommend this dealership hands down!

My 21 Duramax broke down on my family vacation and I had my truck towed here. Dealer proceeded to tell me my DPF was clogged and I needed a Fuel Presser Sensor. Had them replace the DPF under warranty, and for the Fuel Pressor Sensor I had to pay out of pocket $1000 and the truck still wasn't running right. The dealer then proceeded to tell me my Catalyst Filter was bad and it's a $1532 part. Over the course of 2 weeks of the truck sitting at the dealership it never actually got worked on. Finally I was over the truck sitting down there and drove 8 hours back down just to find the truck running worse than originally. They worked on it the day I was returning to get the truck just to charge me the original $1000 quote for fuel pressor sensor. Also my truck received a big dent in my rear bumper while there... I then got the truck back home to my local mechanic and all the problem was just a bad MAF sensor that is an $85 part. So, Basically my truck sat there for 2 to 3 weeks and I spent well over $1500 in travel, labor/parts and fuel only to get a dent in my bumper and a non running truck. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ladies if you’re looking to buy a car please go to Samantha!!! She really knows what she’s talking about. When I came to the dealership I had a specific car in mind and when I couldn’t buy it (it was a manual and I can’t drive stick ?) Samantha said “hold on… lemme show you something” and proceeded to bring me a car that blew me out of the water!! The paperwork process was super easy and she was very patient as I took a day to think it over and make sure it was what I wanted. I already love Autostar as it’s where I bought my previous vehicle and where I take my cars to get serviced and once again they pulled through for a great car with a great price. I’m telling yall, go to Autostar and ask for Samantha, she’ll put you in a car you love!
