We had one of the best experiences at a car dealership. The entire team stay until 10PM to close the deal. It was a great deal and fair all around. Very very happy. My first Jeep. I always buy Ford but this vehicle has topped them all... 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited L. Absolutely love these this vehicle.

Had a great buying experience when we bought our 2019 Tahoe in March 2021. That would be the only reason I would recommend them. The customer service for follow up questions/information is terrible. Mats were included in our purchase and the dealership refused to ship them (said they would cost more than the mats) even though we live over 2.5 hours away. After traveling 8 hours from Florida my fiancé and I noticed a huge oil leak. We brought it in to Waynesville automotive without and appointment and they took great care of us. Daniel was very helpful and reassuring through the whole experience and made sure we got back home in time. We are so thankful for the great mechanics and service personnel. Highly recommend.

Kudos to the staff at Autostar in Waynesville. We blew a rear tire on our Corvette Grand Sport last week 1,000 miles away from home, and Brendan Bishop and Will Jackson were particularly helpful and friendly in helping us out. I sincerely appreciate their efforts in helping us get home.

I have read a FEW comments about less than satisfied service at this dealership. I was hesitant about patronizing the business. However, I am very cautious and over analytical. After much leg work tracking down firsthand experiences, I came to the conclusion that much of the dissatisfaction was due to unrealistic expectations. I searched the Internet and was overwhelmed with postings indicating almost all dealerships denied any knowledge about the situation. I chose to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Overland/Summit in for repair. Deriata, the service contact was honest, upfront, and confirmed the issue was a common well known issue with several models. She wrote the service order, followed up with me about diagnostics, cost, and expected timelines. I found the service department was very busy but very organized staying focused and expedient, and meet deadlines. Additionally, they recommend two new tires which I already knew to be true. I responded I regularly dealt with a local tire dealer and wanted to stick with them. The dealership responded "I understand and agree that you should". Not another word about the subject. The repair was not cheap but was involved and justified. They found an open recall, repaired it, and did not mention anything about bringing it back for another appointment, or any cost or inconvenience to me. They just did it while they had it. Dealing with the salesmen in the sales department is another story.

I brought my Corvette in for an oil change yesterday and waited a total of 30 minutes for them to complete the job! This was my 3rd experience with their service department and I cannot say enough about their fast and friendly service!

I arrived early this morning @ 7:30 AM to the Express Lane to get a oil change and tire rotation. Once the lane opened up, I was told I needed an appointment. I said I was unaware of this change and there was no mention of this change on their web site. Vern told me he could try and fit me in and that they made this change because customers we getting angry. Well now I am upset. One my last visit, i was not given my check list report and found myself stranded due to a bad battery that should have be checked on my last visit. I am very discouraged by the lack of professionalism at this service center. I bought prepaid oil and tire rotation so I would not have this hassle. Now I can not even use the Express Lane without an appointment. I guess I will need to find another dealer to service my Jeep.

This is where we go for our oil changes in our Prius cars. Can't beat the price for the services. Friendly staff, clean area, nice sitting lounge.
