“About 2 months ago I went to all the vape shops in Waynesville looking for someone to repair a battery case on a mod. No one could help, and yet in this store I saw a young man, swamped who smiled and made everyone feel they were the most important customer he had. Henceforth I returned to this store. I met Robin today who helped me with kindness, and extreme patience. I am returning to vaping and I was in need of everything from a mod to batteries to juice. He never once made me feel I was wasting his time, nor caused me to feel rushed. He answered all of my questions and made me feel as if I was a valued, long term customer. Between the actions of the other young man - name unknown sadly - and Robin they just made me a new and will be returning customer!!! Thank You Robin!!!”
