Susan is one of the managers here,very nice person. However the young man that answered the phone today was VERY rude. Never had anyone be rude at this store. But gas here all the time!? Wow ?? have better customer service skills!

3/26/23 stopped at this location for gas, mistakenly hit the wrong gas grade. Went back inside to see if the pump could be reloaded as it was obvious I did not pump any gas. Cashiers told me I would have to call Jeffery the supervisor to get a refund. Never had an issue with a gas station reloading the pump, the fact they could not give a refund was also an issue. Called a few times that week, but supervisor had already left for the day. Finally spoke to assistant supervisor who was quick to pawn me off by telling me to call back when the main supervisor was in (no effort to take my name+number to have supervisor follow up, no concern about the manner). Finally spoke to Jeffery close to 2 weeks later and was told three different times that I would be called back. First time of contact was told they needed to look further into the transaction, second time of contact was told he needed to contact the higher manager, third time of contact told waiting on higher manager to return from vacation. Each time Cashiers and supervisor Jeffery were nice but I did not appreciate the back and forth with trying to get my money back. Seems like a scam, as it should be seamless or at least following up with your customers to show you care for them the same way you care about receiving their money. Never called back-will not be returning nor recommend.

We buy gas here all the time. Decided to get exxon mobile rewards card, used the card and was charged credit card price per gallon because I tapped it instead of sliding it. Paid with debit card as usual.I think this is a way for them to make money on gas.Not a happy customer!

The young lady behind the counter with the long brown hair, and crooked eye will accuse you of stealing when your not. I'd never steal. Never have before. It is May 27th, 2021 at 9:50. She is working right now. I would not ever recommend giving this has station money until she is gone.
