This place is fantastic for those looking for Delta products as the BAM carts always work (my personal favorite). Staff are friendly and helpful, and I can often strike up a conversation about different products in the store to see what all to try at a later visit. The cherry on top is its within walking distance of my house.

Always have a great experience here. I was overcharged for something a few days ago, usually (at other retailer's) would be a hassle, but they made things right and we were in and out in 5 minutes! Always awesome friendly staff and everything I needed in stock

This place has gone completely down hill. New employees every week and nobody knows anything about vaping equipment. Just trying to buy replacement coils is the biggest headache here. Your a vape shop, you should have more then just basic knowledge of the vaping products that you sell. I come and ask for replacement coils for M pro tank and I get Matthew....." Uhhhhhh I'm not sure what that is"....really? Well you sold it to me but you don't know what coils it uses? Or how to look for them behind your counter? Pathetic. Glad there are 6 other vape shops in Waynesville. I'm done with these idiots.

Love this place. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable of all of the products that they sell. They also have delta 8 gummies from Astria farms located in Asheville, which I really appreciate and love! They are the only brand of gummies that seem to work for me.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I When in looking for Kratom, the young lady was very knowledgeable and help me pick out one for energy. It works great and I highly recommend the store!

Just stopped in for Delta 8 cartridges, an amazing product for chronic pain. The Pied Piper is Always friendly and helpful and if you need any smoke accessories or the latest and greatest products at great prices you have to shop here. And to those that have carpel tunnel and/or pain from car accidents try the Delta 8, it saved me!?? Thank you Pied Piper?
